Envizon enters into joint venture agreement with HMS Infotech. HMS Infotech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, has its registered office at B91/2 East of Kailash, New Delhi. HMS Infotech is engaged in the business of providing IT enabled services and solution for the hospitality and travel industry. The solution will be a SaaS based Hotel Management system. Both the companies are going to provide a world class solution for the hotel and travel industry. Currently the companies are working towards a strategic and marketing plan for launching their new solution.

HMS Infotech and Envizon to launch their new product “Hotelogix” into the market by July 2008. The beta version of the product has already been launched and is available for download and evaluation. The dedicated website for getting information about the product has been launched and can be viewed at www.hotelogix.com. “Hotelogix” is a user-friendly, uncluttered and compact Hotel Management System that automates the operation and management of a hotel. The software seamlessly integrates Online & Offline Reservations, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Spa and POS functions on a single platform. An extensive variety of reports are generated to supply you with vital information at all times. This is an excellent product for small and medium ranged hotels, resorts, inns, lodges and other hospitality centres. The software is SaaS based, which means that the system is accessible, centralized, secure and scalable. It is a 100% SaaS based, built using PHP or ASP with a MYSQL RDBMS running on UNIX/LINUX and Apache or IIS. It is a cross browser compliant running on all major browsers both on Windows and Mac. The user interface is template based thereby having complete separation of business logic from presentation logic.

Envizon is in negotiations to become the distribution partner for the Indian Market to one of the leading B2B Product Companies in USA. As part of their International Distribution strategy the company has short listed Envizon for its rich experience in the EDI Product space.
A local distribution center presence is important to the customers and can provide a competitive advantage within a specific area. The partnership will require that the B2B products and services are accessible throughout the Indian Market. Currently both the companies are in talks for formulating the distribution program.
